| Bodrum | Rhodes to Bodrum Posted: Sat December 9, 2006 06:49 AM UTC
I am travelling with husband and two kids (18 + 10 yrs) from Rhodes to Bodrum next June, Thursday 21st to be exact. Was thinking I would have to go via Marmaris but, see I can go from Rhodes to Bodrum direct by ferry/hydrofoil. Is anyone able to give me info on quickest way to cover this route pl and the approximate one way cost? Many thanks!

dear Aussie
if the aim is to go to bodrum its always better to go directly from rhodes to bodrum .Otherwise to go from marmaris to bodrum is complicated and will take long time by bus .I dont know anything about the cost but ı am sure other VT members will help you on this subject. good luck

If you haven't been to Marmaris, I suggest you take the longer way through it. Although they are close on the map, there is very little similarity between Marmaris and Bodrum. They both are regarded as the best resort town in Turkey by some people. I personally think Marmaris is more beautiful, but I guess it depends on one's interests. So if your schedule allows, I suggest you see Marmaris too.
