Is there enough in Dali to occupy my wife and me for three days? We aren't the type to sit around a cafe and watch the time fly. We more about to see things. Your comments are appreciated.

Perhaps 2.5 days, stretching to 3 if you sightsee at a more relaxed pace and cover things more thoroughly.
