Panamá City	New Year's Eve Posted: Sun December 3, 2006 12:14 AM UTC Hello! A friend and I will be in Panama City right after Christmas until January 2, when we'll start heading north. Where should we be for celebrating New Year's Eve (quetion mark here, mine's not working) Or should we start heading north and celebrate somewhere else in the country(qm) We speak Spanish and we prefer places with more local people than tourists. Hello!

A friend and I will be in Panama City right after Christmas until January 2, when we'll start heading north. Where should we be for celebrating New Year's Eve (quetion mark here, mine's not working) Or should we start heading north and celebrate somewhere else in the country(qm) We speak Spanish and we prefer places with more local people than tourists.
