Hi everyone, I am doing research for my son who will be in PR in March 2007. Basically from the airport to the cruise dock and then back to the airport after the cruise, he is not actually staying in PR. He has an Australia passport and as such is entitled to a VWP (visa waiver) to enter the USA. Will he need another visa to enter PR or does the US one cover him? Also any info on the shuttle from the airport to the docks (which I read about in another posting)would be helpful.

Puerto Rico has the same rules as US for visa purposes. The VWP applies to Puerto Rico, so if he staying for 90 days or less, then he can use the VWP program.
