Maastricht	Kersmarkt on Vrijthof Posted: Tue November 28, 2006 04:25 PM UTC I just noticed that the Kersmarkt in Maastricht will also stay open during and after the Christmas days whereas in Germany all x-mas-markets usually stop on the last weekend before x-mas. Anybody having visited the Kersmarkt in Maastricht? Is it any good? I am thinking of making a daytrip to Maastricht with my family on one of the Christmas holidays. I just noticed that the Kersmarkt in Maastricht will also stay open during and after the Christmas days whereas in Germany all x-mas-markets usually stop on the last weekend before x-mas. Anybody having visited the Kersmarkt in Maastricht? Is it any good? I am thinking of making a daytrip to Maastricht with my family on one of the Christmas holidays.
