Hey there,
To be quite honest a trip like that will take you quite sometime since getting to Vaughan by car is a good 1/2 drive from Mississauga. If you are going to go by public transit then it's going to be even longer. I suggest you try and borrow your uncle's car and drive there. Otherwise you are going to waste the majority of the day in travel.

I don't know if this information is too late or not but here goes.
It looks like your best transit option will be the following: 1. York Region bus #20 (Jane St) to York University (a 30 minute trip). 2. GO Transit "Hwy 407 West" bus to Square One (a 40 minute trip). Be aware that the GO Transit bus operates only M-F. The rather less convenient and lengthier alternative is the following 1. York Region bus #20 to Hwy 7 2. York Region/Brampton Transit bus #77 to Bramalea Transit Centre 3. Brampton Transit bus #8 to Shopper's World Terminal 4. Mississauga Transit bus #19 to Square One For an overview of the entire route - either alternative - check out the TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) map at http://www.toronto.ca/ttc/pdf/rideguide.pdf. Vaughan Mills is located in quadrant F-11. Square One is located in quadrant N-06. Shopper's World is off the map but is located to the left of K-5. Bramalea Transit Centre is located in quadrant H-5. To find schedules and fares for York Region Transit http://www.yorkregiontransit.com/routes.asp or call 905 762 2100 To find schedules and fares for GO Transit - http://www.gotransit.com/publicroot/schedule/lstser.asp and select route 46 or call 416 869 3200 or 1 888 387 3652 (toll free) To find schedules and fares for Brampton Transit - http://www.brampton.ca/transit/home.taf or call 905 874 2999 To find schedules and fares for Mississauga Transit - http://www.mississauga.ca/portal/residents/publictransit or call 905 615 4636 A final advisory - transit systems in the greater toronto area are not well interconnected. I think that individual fares will be required as you move from York to Brampton to Mississauag transit systems. Best to ask. Hope this helps. Gilbert
