The real estate prices have shot up in Hyderabad, especially places around Hitech city. 3 bedroom flat in and near Hi tech city would cost close to 20-25000 rupees. you might find a 3 bedroom flat in areas like Masab tank or Mehdipatnam for 10000 and the place is around 10 KMS from Hitech city.

1. 3 Bed room appt in a nice green residential locality.

kukatpally , miyapur ....and any other near places are not green enough...but yeah all are residential areas ofcourse.....

i would suggest srila towers at hydernagar ( between miyapur & kukatpally)

2. Budget around Rs 10,000
srila towers would do
3. Close to Market Place, school (montessori) and paediatric clinics
srila towers would do
4. Home should have atlease 2 western toilets.
i doubt this...
5. Half furnished (with wardrobes, woodwork, geysers, tubes and fans)
srila towers would do
6. Should be accesible to swimming pool and tennis courts.
have to confirm
7. Nice green locality with good neighbours

Thank you for all your comments. I will look out for the srila towers and close to JNTU, kukatpally and miyapur and I can to the max increase my budget by 2k and compromise on certain specifications.
