Christmas: Trains to Tomar

Hello, we want to go to Tomar on December 26th, does anyone know if trains from Lisbon to Tomar run, or not, over the Christmas period? Also, will sites be open on December 26th?

Dec. 26 is not a public holiday in Portugal, but even if it were, trains would normally be running according to the Sunday schedule. However, it is a Monday, when many museums in Europe are closed, don't know about the castle etc. as opening hours are not given on the i-tomar site. The convent is currently only displaying exhibitions for November (http://www.i-tomar.info/c_agcvt.php) so can't tell anything from that, but you could try e-mailing them:
