After a mission trip, we would like to stay in Antigua a couple of extra days. Do they have shuttles from Antigua to Guatemala City Airport?

plenty of local travel agencies can help you with that in antigua.
don´t worry at all, just shop around when you get there.

Just did this about 2 weeks ago. UAD7-10 dollars for a shuttle, organise at any agency, your hotel will be a little more expensive but can arrange for you
