Ę was in Tbilisi a few weeks ago and Ę stayed at Nasi's homestay. She charges 5 dollars per nęght and 2 lari extra for hot showers (it takes about two hours to heat the water). The homestayis in Marjanishvilis, close to the metro station.

I don't know about hotels because used to stay at my friends. But I can answer your 2nd question.
Georgia is unbveleivably beautiful, with delicious cuisine, although might seem too spicy for those who r not used and wine. Mountains rthe most majestic I've ever seen,,, didn't visit Nepal, it might be more breathtaking but in Europe nothing can beat Caucasus. Enjoy :)
