Am arriving is Colombo on 14th of Dec, 2006 around at 1.30 in the morning and wish to get a Cab through Airport Taxi service. I just want to know the Taxi service counter is open at the time. As well please let me know the money exchange counter is also open or not in that time.

yes, the banks are open 24 hours, I assume the taxi counter is too

Yes, it is. Arrived several times midnight - e.g. last September at 00:30 AM and some years back even at 2 AM. Always taxi counters open...
