The best and safest place to stay in Kabul, Mustafa Hotel chahrahi-e-Sadrat, close to Deh Afghanan. mustafa_hotel@hotmail.com Manager Abdullah If you send them an email a week or few days before your entry in Kabul, they'll give you a single room for 20 US $ otheriwse a single room's for 30 t0 50 US $. There're other nice and plushy places like Kabul Serena Da Khudai Pa Aman, Imran Schah
