I am a business man travelling to Odessa and Ukraine for the first time. Would
like some help from VT friends to find a nice hotel with a dancing floor and
also some company for the evening. To sweat it out, have a good night's rest and be ready for the next day meetings. I will be there between Nov. 25th to Dec. 15th for three to four days. What is the weather like? Risk factor outside
the hotel? Please be specific.

I recommend you be very careful in Odessa; there are no hotels with dance floors for any purpose other than maybe weddings but of course there will be plenty of hookers available to provide you company.

There are a few high class discos in the city but few people speak English and this is usually a fast-moving crowd. Shestliva!

I don't remember hotel with dance floor but really it's a huge number of luxury night clubs in Odessa and it's not a problem to have a good night.
In central area isn't any risk factor, in other parts like in all CE European cities.

Palladium has a hotel and disco. I don't know anything about the hotel but I can recommend the disco. They also have shows.
