Since a week I'm back from Indonesia-Kalimantan.
I really loved the food. You can't get those fish here. But what I really loved was the vegetarian cooking. I ate a sweet sort of fried tempeh...Is there someone who got a recipe for it? I've got lots of cooking books...but... pleeeeeze. |

I've eaten lots of them but never make them. Check on the net & you might want to try out the suggestion from this site: http://www.tempeh.info/

Great job. I love tempeh as well. I didn't know someone actually created a website for it.

I am an Indoensian and I was born in Kalimantan. Which sweet tempe you are talking about. I never know that from that dish in kalimantan . I am going back to my home town this afternoon, can you inform me about this? Thanks Tiur
