Havent done it in nearly 3 years but we took the train. Took 3 hours each way. Don't recall it being terribly expensive but as I said, nearly 3 years ago.

Reposting my post here (just in case):
Szervusz/Zdravo Vladimir, Regarding trains - good news: 1) HAFAS database is the (almost) "king" for train scedules. http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/d <-- for German-speaking http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/e <-- for English-speaking, but much more limited functionality (if you want to buy the tickets, in fact - it's all German). 2) www.jizdenka.cz is the (almost) king of ticket prices. If you do not understand Slavic languages - SOL. My guess, you are lucky, so go ahead! (You need to hit the "Mezinarodní tarifni kalkulator jizdneho CD" twice to get international prices). I could get a price from Tumangan(GR) which is in North Korea to Banja Luka: 152.10 E. till Zahony (GR) + 68.40 E. from Zahony(GR), and also from Banja Luka to Palermo: 149 E. - so probably Den Haag to Brugge is not very tough either... (I got it, too: 32.20), try it yourself! Pozdrav

They dare to surcharge for the regular TCV tarif, wow. Isn't it expensive enough? Luckily our "base" in Europe is Hungary, we usually buy mini-group ticket (sometimes the mini-group can be as small as a single person), they are called CITY-STAR, there are some good offers there and from Slovakia. For a single person from anywhere in Hungary to anywhere in NL and beck this would be 212 for the r/t, including the ICE surcharge. For two people it's 318 for the r/t. Our family (2 adults, one grown-up and 2 kids) would pay a total of 424 for the round-trip. between any place in Hungary and any place in NL. Pretty good price, I think.
