I am planning to travel to guinea-bissau by motorcycle soon. does anyone have updated information specifically on border crossings, land mines and the likes from westenrn sahara through to guinea-bissau. I know that there is a bit of heat in the north of guinea-bissau but i don't know how it might affect travellers.

Crossing there is not that easy, avoiding heat, go Januari Februari.
Avoid under any circumstance the border crossing Rosso between mauritania and Senegal. Read the Sahara book bij Scott.
