Which is the better hotel in Changchun? Shangri-La or Noble? Would appreciate your advice.

i'm currently in chang chun .

I know someone who said that whenever she put clients in the Shangri- La, she always had bad luck so she uses the Noble. I've never stayed in the Noble but It's supposed to be cheaper or something. It depends on What you want. I live in Changchun so I've only stayed in the Hotels when I wasn't living here.
