Well,
I do know that Reykjavik has its own "Hard Rock Cafe" (from the franchise chain)... don't know if it's good though. Jess ('c',)

Try Dillon at Laugavegur 30 or Bar 11 at Laugavegur 11.
There was a "Hardrock cafe" at Kringlan shopping Mall, but I think it closed earlier this year.
