We will be spending Christmas 22-29th December in Tuscany, between Florence and Siena. What is good to do at this time of year. Are there Christmas markets? Thanks for your help.

Siena is famous for its Christmas Market with a special pottery fair. The Market runs the entire month of December until the first week of January.

there will be xmas markets everywhere in Toscana and in Italy during those days
lucca is also a beautiful place for your xmas shopping

We just returned from Tuscany last week and I envy your visiting during the holidays. I haven't visited in winter, but it sure seems lovely. Both Florence and Siena are beautiful.
