On weekdays the market is always on. I assume you are talking about the floating market. The boats that come over from venezuela to sell their stuff over here. It used to be nicer that it is now but it is still worth the visit. From the regular places the cruise ship docks it is within walking distance. Just ask around. You will be most probably on the Otrabanda side of town and you have to cross to the Punda side. This you can do over the ponton bridge or by boat.
