We are staying at the Windjammer Landing in November - is it possible to get local buses into Castries?

Yes there are busses if you walk outside the resort, but just take a taxi from the lobby. it's cheap, especially if you end up sharing with other people going the same way, which will probably be the case if you are going to dinner or the market or something. A few times we've been able to hitch a ride somewhere with an employee of the hotel if you ask. By the way, you'll love it there. We've been many times and have a timeshare in the resort.
