its like this i have to meet my fiancee in lahore as i wont have much time (hardly 4 hours) so can any1 of you kinldy help me with choosing a restaurant??? ma choice was cafe zouk but someone told me its not very family oriented. I need a restuarant which is family oriented, cosy (i hate bright ones) and with real nice food, money is not a problem.

plzzz help me with this as i will be flying all the way from karachi n back on the same day, i dont want this to go in vain!!!!

Cucoo's Den is the good, family oriented. But they open in the evening only. Nice view of Badshai Mosque. MM Alam road has a lot of trendy eateries. But in Pakistan if you want to impress the in-laws, take them to a 5 star hotel, PC or Avari.

hi.....besal is very right. i just add a little bit that if you need to go in the mm allam road gulberg then go to fredey's for nice food and family environment or otherwis pc or avari at mall road....wish you be the best.... Tabrez

thanxx guyzzzz... yeah i was considering a 5 star hotel.. i have heard that there is a rooftop restaurant at holiday inn... do they serve during the day??? plus the enviroment is a major factor i usually like piza hut kindda enviroment which has a bit ov privacy not the mcdonald one where you are almost sitting at some1 elsez table... so what shoud be my final choice???

-i think 5 star could be avari or pc (i do not have experience about holiday inn) because there are variety of restaurents in both hotels and you will find the nice place as privacy....
for example in pc you can go to steak house there is separate room and also the sitting is fine or thai restaurent the light will be very low and fine tabel sitting or dum pukht restaurent also have nice place........
-then on mm alam road fredey's is the best for nice food and place.....

i do not think you required to book the table because normally we got the space and proper tables in all above mentioned restaurants.....the second important thing is their are number of restaurents in pc hotel, avari hotel, holiday inn hotel and when you call them for bookibg how do you know which restaurent is suitable for you (if you don't see it personnally)........

they make the booking on high tea only,
