Venice Classical Concert between Christmas and New Year

Hi

I will be in Venice from 27th to 31st December and am planning to go to a classical concert. I've had a look around online and there are plenty of concerts taking place at that time. If anyone has any recommendations of a particular concert venue/orchestra, I'd love to hear from you, to help me choose!

(Of course, I'm disappointed that this year we'll be arriving too late to see the free Boxing Day concert at the Frari!)

Venice RE: Classical Concert between Christmas and New Year

Hello, my husband and I will be in Italy from December 24-Jan1,2006 and will be in Venice on the 24-26...is there anything you can suggest for us to do? I am reading aorund and being disappointed that everywhere says everything is closed the 2 days we will be there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
