I am looking for means to travel to David from Panama City and not take the bus. My back is not up to long bus rides. I need some room for my baggage and will pay for transport. Perhaps we can share a ride. I speak some Spanish but don't want to rent a car. Any Ideas? This will be in Jan 07.

Panama City to David on a bus is 6-8 hours, maybe by car 5.
I am not aware of trains running between PC and David, so the only option would be to fly; flying in Panama is about 50-70usd all in to Bocas del Toro, San Blas or eg David. When in Panama just visit a travel agency and they can help you out. Ronald
