Hi there!

thank you-thank you-thank you for coming to jogja to help people.

So, the Jogja city is only a little defected from the quake, but the south of Jogja, or Bantul, is still despaired. The last time I visit there, on August, there were still much ruin. I mean, people have tried themselves cleaning the ruin caused by the quake, but the majority still couldn't help building their own home. There are still many people who live in the tents, or live in their relatives' houses that's not broken.

Few people already got the money-aid from the government, so they could build their own house. But still there are not much hand to build the new one. I saw an old man used his bare hands selecting stone that still can be used. But only by himself? it will take forever. It's sad if you know none or have no relative to give you a hand. So, there are still many-many job has to be done.

Hope you can enjoy your time in Jogja....
