Train from Lourdes to Nice, via Tolouse-change of train is only 12-15 minutes, is this enough time?

I saw in the train schedule from Lourdes to Nice, that there is a change of train in Toulouse but there is only 12-15 minutes interval. It would be the first time our family will be travelling to the said places. Will it be easy to find the train we will get in Toulouse for Nice?
What website can we check to see visually beforehand the station or details where to transfer in the train from Toulouse to Nice?

This is normally sufficient, if...the arriving train is on tim. Let's say that you got about 75 percent of chance of getting the connecting train. Otherwise, you take the next connection (railway staff will help).

I ofund teh station quite easy to find my way around and the staff are were helpful; it is not a huge station, so it should be fine unless train runs late.

I want to get to Lourdes from toulouse by train. Where did you get your train schedule? Would it be the same schedule in July? Sorry, I have no answers, just questions, couldn't find where to post them. Thanks
