hi I am thinking of coming over to sicily/italy to go shopping at ikea..i believe there is no ikea in sicily so must travel to italy...I shall be arriving by ferry in catania...can you advise me on the easiest way to get to the closest ikea by car?

There is an Ikea in Bari or in Naples. There will be an Ikea in Catania in 2008 (can you wait that long???). I would suggest the Ikea in Naples. You can take a ferry from Catania to Naples or drive (it is a long drive!). Good luck. Hope you find all the furnishings your heart desires.
