I am trying to book a flight using Ryan Air from Brussels to Barcelona roundtrip. If I am scheduled to arrive at Charleroi airport at 10:35 am, & my flight back to the US leaves the Brussels (International I guess??) airport at 12:20 pm, would I have enough time to get thru customs, change airports, & catch my flight? Is Ryan Air usually on time? I have never been to Belgium & I really want to take the extra trip to Barcelona but I can't miss my flight!!!!! Any info is GREATLY appreciated.... :D

That's much too tight. You have to check-in for USA-bound flights at least 3 hours before departure due to the extra USA-security measures....
Keep in mind that when you miss your USA-flight due to delay of another airline, your ticket will become useless. Considered as 2 different contracts; not interline/on line connection. So to be safe, travel the day before. Why not check other airlines as well? For instance Virgin express flies to/from Brussel International. There's no immigration/customs check when travelling between Schengen-treaty countries.

Even if you are travelling without checked baggage this would be way too tight.

Far too short a time allowance. I'd go the day before, spend some time in Brussels and then fly on to the US the next day.
