Could anyone recommend a cheap hotel or a hostel in Skopje?

I stayed at the Hotel Santos in the Carsija area last month. It was very clean and quiet, and cost only about 25 Euros for a room for one person.

I'm afraid all hoteliers in Skopje will pick 25 Euros soon...
look at my tip please. There is something for 5 Euro. If you read cirillic, the places are called "nokyevalishte". Not far away from Kyekas, there is one called "shar".

At the Hotel Santos, you get your own bathroom with shower and toilet, and it was very clean and quiet. And I think the price actually was only 20 Euros. So for people who would like a room to themselves with toilet, this is a good option.

I just googled it to get the address. It is at Bitpazarska 69. This is the main street through the Carsija area, so you can just go there and ask around. I don't have a phone number for them, but they don't speak English anyway. I had no trouble getting a room there in September, so in November you should have no problem.

If not, you can go to Hotel RM located at gradishte street. It looks modernized and costs 15 Euro.
