i have been told that there is outstanding designer label shopping in capri?
is this correct? and if so, where would one suggest we go? we are dedicating one day to shopping for all of our presents so want it to be the best - please share your insights thank you |

Capri isn't that big. You will have no trouble whatsoever in finding stores in which to shop. One small plaza by the funicular and the church, the road up to the Quisisana Hotel, and make a left for another quarter mile and that's it. Bring money.

Hi We were there last year and my wife was impressed with the shopping. When you arrive on the ferry take the bus up the hill into the town, just walk around the small town streets, you will find it interesting, and you will come across the shops.

what goodies did you purchase in capri? i have two daughters who are looking for designer labels (?) is this the best place to plan to shop?

We were daytrippers and spent half the day screwing around with the Blue Grotto. My wife bought a relatively cheap piece of jewelry, but there were clothing and better jewelry stores as well.
