i took the that bus last year.
i think it took me around 5-6 hours.

Hi, my name is Helmuth, the time from Puerto Barrios to Flores is 1 hour from Puerto Barrios to La Ruidosa, here you have to change the bus and 4 and a half hours from La Ruidosa to Flores.
