WOMAD 2006

Hi! I have been looking and waiting for information about WOMAD 2006 without any luck. Can anyone let me know anything of this festival in Las Palmas-
what is that best option to arrive there (best as is cheapest!) I am in Valencia. Thanks a lot- Claire

I live in Manchester so not to sure how to travel from Valencia Im traveling through Thomsonfly.com who gave me a pretty chaep deal so maybe you could check them out. You need to head for the centre of Las Palmas its usually best to book into a hotel when you arrrive as you can get some pretty on the spot cheap deals However Womad in the canaries is fab! Ive been a couple of times to the Las Palmas WOMAD and go every year to the 1 in Englang/Reading Im going on my own to Las palmas this year so feel a little nervy but hopefully should be ok. For more info go onto the WOMAD website there is some although vague info on there at the moment about WOMAD in the canaries.
