hello. I'm planning to visit nepal on late dcember to january. Are there any cities/towns there that is rained by sn0w. I think kathmandu doesn't.

You are exactly right. There will not possible to rain snow at Kathmandu but possibly in Nagarkot. Nagarkot is famous place for sunrise and sunset also. Lots of mountain scenery can be shown from Nagarkot.

May be it could be Langtang National Park Area --- Kyangenjen Gompa. it needed around 10 days to complete the trekking. One day by bus from Kahtmandu to Syabrubensi and then 3 days trekking up to Kyangjen... you will see the heaven village.. there..my experience...
