What tour??

I'm going to Vietnam in a few months, and i would love to visit the Mekong. There are so many tours available over the internet though, that i'm at a loos to know exactly what it involves. Is it necessary to book before hand, or is it easy to do it over there?
I particularly want to cruise the mekong, but would prefer a non-motorized boat. Any suggestions? what should i be looking for?

Just wait until you get here. There are plenty of tours to chose from and they go everyday. Sinh Cafe and TNK Travel are two of the better ones in HCMC to book from.
