| Parque Nacional del Iguazł | Iguazu falls - Brazil or Argentinian side? Posted: Tue September 26, 2006 01:50 PM UTC
Travelling to the falls in late November for a couple of days in late November. Does anyone have a tip on whether the Brazil side or the Argentina side is better for accommodation/food/prices and general atmosphere? I'm kinda leaning towards Puerto Iguazu on the Argentina side because it sounds more laidback, but I'm easily persuaded.

I would recommend Puerto Iguazu; a nice little town with a real authentic atmosphere. Try to stay as close as possible to the town itselfs.
On the road to the falls are also a couple of hotels, but visiting the town you have to use a taxi or the local bus. See for more info/pics my Puerto Iguazu page. happy travels Jaap
