I will be trying to visit my ancestry grave in Xinhui, Guangdong Province in November. Will be flying into Hong Kong and Staying in Lo Wu on the China side. Like to get advise on what is the best way to go to Xinhui from Lo Wu/Shenzhen. How long will it take and any hotel recommendations in Xinhui. I speak cantonese so should not be a problem with language. Thanks in advance.

There is a bus to Xinhui from Shenzhen. You can also go to Jiangmen and transfer there. The bus takes a couple hours. I don't have any hotel recommendations for Xinhui. There is a Xinhui dialect, but it's similar to Cantonese.
There is also a direct ferry to Xinhui from Kowloon if you would like to bypass Shenzhen.
