What is the least complicated way to reach Hangzhou from Shanghai on Sunday October 22? I am staying at Shanghai Post & Telecommunication Hotel, 601 Heng Feng Road, Shanghai. If it is using south railway station, approximately how much is taxi? I am travelling alone, will have at least 20 kg. luggage, and cannot speak or read a word of Chinese.

you don't need to rush to shanghai south railway station, shanghai railway station is just behind you.
from 6:30am to 22:37, there are 18 K/N/T(with air conditioner) trains initially departs from shanghai station for southern routes which all make a stop at hangzhou. for trains going to ningbo city, you may also purchase the soft seat class ticket which provides you express check-in via soft seat/sleeper class hall, and the fare is only about usd 5.
