How do I get from Clark Airport (Diosdado Macapagal Int'l airport) to Cagayan Valley? Is there a bus terminus with bus routes to cagayan valley? Which bus company would offer such a route and how much will it cost? thank u :)

There are a lot of bus companies plying that (or via that) route to Ilocos Region, Pangasinan, and Baguio. i don't think there's one going to Cagayan Valley. your two options are;
1) ride a bus going any Ilocos Region or Pangasinan or Baguio, then get off at Carmen (in Pangasinan). From there you can catch another bus to Cagayan Valley. Where exactly are you going in Cagayan Valley? There are buses in Carmen (or via Carmen) going to Solano-Nueva Vizcaya, Santiago-Isabela, Tuguegarao-Cagayan, etc... (all in Cagayan Valley)
2) rida a bus going to Cubao or Pasay (both in Metro Manila). From there, you have multiple choices of buses for Cagayan Valley. But this will a longer route, and obviously is more expensive. Although if you are not in a rush and you want to spend some time city shopping, this is an ideal alternative.

i just remembered (but not very sure though), i think you may have a 3rd option by using Baliwag Transit going direct to Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija. Then from their Cabanatuan Terminal, you can get a direct connecting trip to Cagayan Valley, or you could wait on the roadside at Cabanatuan for all other buses coming from Manila and get a ride going north.
