I'm looking for a centrally located hotel in Odessa, with a reasonably fast in-room internet connection, preferably wireless. This doesn't seem to be too easy to find - so far the Frapolli Hotel seems like the best choice, but has anyone got any other suggestions....?

yes, we are primarily looking for a hotel. (With an internet connection, because one of us will have to work a bit while we're in Odessa)

or you can go with an apartment, one I stayed at had broadband speed connection, but i know they have many others:

Although, I suggest an apartment, the Frappoli is very nicely located on DeRibossky St. Just walked by it a couple of weeks ago. I'm understanding you about the internet. I left my wireless broadband at home and used dial up in Odessa. The first week, the phone lines were band and couldn't connect at all. Then connected at 48k. Better than not having it.

But if you are considering changing locations of hotels, re-consider. DeRibaskaya St is where to be.

Check out the Chernoye More hotel.Very central.
