Shapes is apparently the best chain of gyms in Pakistan. They have a couple of branches in Lahore, the one I've been to is in Model Town.

I have checked shape. They have aerobic only for ladies :( Do you have an idea where can i go to take aerobic class in Lahore ? I am in Gulberg Thnaks in advance miro
