I've heard about a new hotel in tirana named"Elysee"but I dont know where it is.Please if somebody knows something....i'm interested to

I live in Tirana but I never heard of this Hotel. However, here is a listing of other hotels most of them centrally located and not very expensive.

Ask where the American Embassy is. It is just 10m close. It is located opposite Take Five jazz bar. Everyone in Tirana knows where these two landmarks are. Hope its not too late
