Hey there,
I am trying to do the same thing in late October. It seems pretty difficult but Ukrferry might be the best bet? It seems like there's one running from near Odessa (illisyk or something) to Varna in Bulgaria, but they only take passengers unofficially. This will either mean it will not be possible or it will be very cheap...
