When you have seen the first two ones, you can leave Sofia, with the feeling that u have seen it!!! Its just like all other cities: they are known for some 'top attractions' (f.e. u cant go to a city like f.e Plovdiv without having seen the Romatheater, but then, there are -according to the travel guide of that city - hundreds of other attractions that youn just MUST see, but they are like 'B-Sights' if you havent seen them, you have at leat seen the most important things!!!
Good luck

Nightlife in Sofia? Try "Cacao", "Escape" or "Chervilo" (Lipstick) if you want to dance till the morning. If you want a nice restaurant, go to "Motto", and if you like jazz - "Swinging Hall", "Backstage", "Mr. Punch". And, yes, many people speak English in Sofia.
