Hi, There a two buses daily that climb to the Abbey from Piazza San Benedetto.
For times check out www.apt.frosinone.it or call the cassino tourist office on 0776 25 629. The tourist office is on Piazza de Gasperi. The abbey is open from 0930-1230 then 15.30-1800 daily
