I would appreciate it if someone can tell me easiest and quickest way, to get from Hakata Station to Costco. Costco is located in the Torius West Zone in Hisayama, Fukuoka-Ken.

Take subway to Tenjin station and get a bus No.27, No.27B or No.72.
It takes about 40 minutes.

Costco is in a big shopping center "Torius".

Thank you, thank you. Yes I have a Costco card issued in the US and it should also be valid in Japan, I hope. One more question, do the subways and buses run often? Even on weekends?

The subways run often, even on weekends.
But only 1 or 2 buses run in a hour.
And the names of bus stop near Tenjin station are Tenjin-Nichigin-mae(Bank) and Tenjin-Yubinkyoku-mae(Post office). Each buses can be used to get Costco.
