Haarlem Travel Forum

Hope someone can help us locate a furniture store on one of the main streets of Haarlem. It was on a main street, adjacent to a canal and carried a variety of furniture. Our interest is in the dining room hutches, with glass in the upper doors. Altho it did have a website, we can't locate the store using search engines on line and have misplaced its business card. Anyone living in or familiar with Haarlem enough to help? Thanks!

Thank you both for the info. Anita, I believe "cupboard" is the more common term for "hutch" in Europe. A cabinet to store dishes and cups, with the bottom part comprised of 2 or 3 drawers and the top portion sometimes with pull open doors that have glass, and sometimes with no doors at all, just shelves to display dishes and such. I did go to all the websites provided. Unfortunately not the same store, and the furniture displayed was modern. We're more interested in the old fashioned wood cupboards. But thank you so much for your suggestions. We'll keep on looking!
