I've got less tham 24 hours to spend in Cordoba as I pass through at the beginning of September. What are the top tips of things to see in such a short space of time?

Whatever you do , the one thing you MUST see, and spend plenty of time in, is the Mesquita, but I'm sure you've already read all about that. Explore the old town, wander through the streets. There is also a small museum in the Calahorra tower at the other end of the Roman bridge which is worth a visit.

The Mesquita OF COURSE!!!
It is in the old Jewish quarter (known as the Juderia). The whole area is full of cobbled streets and a real delight.
