Do you know where I could get a train schedule between La Spezia and Cinque Terres, or could you give me some idea about how early the first train leaves from La Spezia to the first town of Cinques Terres?

i live in <Vernazza and you can look to www.trenitalia.it from la spezia to 5terre train local is: 5,55-7.12-7.55-10,07 ciaooo;-)

As Martina said, look at www.trenitalia.it or www.trenitalia.com (same website). Note that for the starting point, you will enter "La Spezia" and for the destination, you will enter one of the Cinque Terre (such as Vernazza). Note that not all trains stop at all 5 towns. Note that "Terre" is already plural in Italian, so there is no need to add an "-s" to the end.
Anyway, practice with the website (it's quite useful), and come back if you have any questions... Bill
