Any suggestions on easy travel between Phuket and Ko Samet and how long will this take?

You fly from Phuket to Bangkok then go to the Ekkamai Bus Station
(right at Ekkamai BTS station). But IMHO, if you're already there in Phuket, do beach hopping there down south. Loads of beaches and islands there. You don't need to come back for Koh Samet (though it's very nice as well) Hope it's not too late. Enjoy!
