Hi,
We fly out of Bangkok at 5pm and were wondering about actual travel times from Ko Samet to Bangkok airport. How long does the ferry or fast boat trip take from Samet to the mainland and then the easiest option to the airport and how long that will take. If you have any idea of cost would be greatly appreciated too. Cheers |

It's 30 mins for ferry from Samet Island to main land and 3 hrs. by bus from Ban Phe to Bangkok then if you wanna go to Airport, you will have to take Taxi. It should not take more than 1 hour if you use express way. You can leave early in the morning from Koh Samet to catch the first ferry. I dont know what time the first ferry leave though. I guess around 9 am. You should be fine to catch the plane.
